With over a decade of experience in entrepreurship, Lawrence has founded and managed multiple businesses across skills development, consulting, and logistics industries. He is the Managing Director of OHS Compliance Group (Pty) Ltd, which he started to address the gap in workplace safety and compliance in South Africa. Under his leadership, OHS Compliance Group has experienced rapid growth, expanding from a solo venture to a team of over 20 employees within a remarkable 24-month period.
Lawrence's passion for OHS stems from a deep commitment to protecting lives and creating safer workplaces. He emphasizes integrity, accountability, and innovation in his leadership.
